Someone's excited for Halloween! I kept trying to get a good picture, but after a few tries, decided to let the professionals give it a shot :)

Haley & Christy's week of fun!

I took this week off of work and Haley & I tried to do at least one fun thing every day :) On Monday, we went to the toddler storytime at the library. Tuesday we went to see GG and went to lunch. On Wednesday, we went to a local children's museum. It was great because we got there when it opened and Haley only had to share the whole building with one other girl for quite a while. They had matching bows and pink outfits - so cute! On Thursday, we went to another library storytime and then Haley got her first haircut from her Aunt Laura! Today we are going to get pictures with Haley in her monkey costume. What a week - I loved it!

Sitting in a booster seat after her first haircut... Haley loves her Aunt Laura so she was very calm the whole time her hair was getting cut. Hopefully now her hair will grow faster so that it will be a bit warmer for the winter :)

Potty Training

What a big girl! Haley just started tugging on her pants saying "off" so we took off her diaper and let her head over to her little potty chair. After some quiet moments, she said "Done!", stood up, and sure enough, she used her potty chair for the first time!!! We've had the chair in her bathroom for a while and she loves to sit on it, but we haven't been actively trying to potty train her yet - we are just sitting here in amazement and had to write about it :)
