Grammie's dress

Haley got to wear a dress that belonged to her Grammie for our cousin Heather's wedding last night. It was such a pretty little blue dress and she looked so cute!

This weekend

Saturday was a very busy day. It started with a baby shower and ended with a bachelorette party :) The baby shower was for our friend Kendra and her baby boy. Haley is very excited to meet him, as you can tell from the picture... Just kidding - she did great for almost the entire shower and when she decided it was time to go, she meant it! Then it was off to my cousin Kelley's bachelorette party in Denver. We toured the city - Wynkoop Brewery, Sing Sing, Lodo's and ESPN Zone. We had just a little bit of fun :)

This week

Happy Anniversary!

Jeff and I have been married for 5 years! To celebrate we took a one day trip up to Idaho Springs while Haley stayed with my parents. We stayed at the Indian Hot Springs Resort and it was wonderful. We got massages, went to great restaurants, had an outdoor jacuzzi and took a drive up to Mount Evans. The temperature dropped from 75 to 40 over the course of our drive up the mountain and we even went through snow and hail!

The top of Mount Evans... There was lightning in the area so the ranger told us to get back in our car. That was fine with us - we couldn't see anything with the clouds and who wants to be around lightning!
It was a wonderful little trip but we were very excited when we got to see our little lady again. We missed her! :)

Just for fun
