Visiting the Easter Bunny

My sister Juliana and I took Haley to meet the Easter Bunny on Friday. She loved him...until we tried to put her on his lap!

She didn't want to leave Juliana's arms all day long, making Juliana hold her constantly, push her in the stroller, sit on her lap during dinner, she loves her Auntie!She was extremely excited to get to color a book from the Easter Bunny and did not want to leave the little picnic table area...

Before we went to the mall, Juliana and Matt had an Easter egg hunt for Haley. Here she is showing them how to juggle...

2 year stats

Haley had her 2 year checkup and these were her numbers...height 33 1/2 in (45th %), weight 18 lbs 11 oz (not on the charts), head circumference 18 1/2 in (40th %). She's doing great - she runs around, climbs up and down the stairs by herself, repeats almost anything and she's even started singing (check out latest video). Here she is with her doll that is helping us teach her about the potty chair - we've had 6 successful times this week! :)
I've started selling jewelry and Haley is loving it! She always has to have her own jewelry to wear and when I bring out my samples, she loves to get them all out, separate them into neat piles and then put the back away :)

Watching the snow fall today... We want Spring so that we can go play at the park!

Haley's 2nd birthday party!

Last weekend we had some friends and family over to celebrate Haley's birthday. It was an Abby Cadabby (from Sesame Street) themed party :) Haley's friend Gavin came to play...

The Little Mermaid bike was a hit for both Gavin and Haley's other friend Jayden. They each liked to sit on it and push the buttons.

Haley & Jeff's birthday!!

Jeff gets all the credit for this one. He got her all dressed up to go to the library with my mom on her birthday. He even got her to put her hands together, cross her ankles & smile!!! Happy birthday to my wonderful husband and beautiful baby girl!

My baby girl is turning 2 tomorrow!!! I can't believe it! I'm amazed by how much she can do and say now and how fast she learns. Lately, every time we go to the car, she says "Seat!" "Belt!" and "Safe!" to let us know that she's excited about her carseat and needs to put on her seatbelt to be safe :)

Meeting Ian

Haley and I took a little trip last week to go visit my friend Allison and her new baby Ian. Haley was an instant fan, too much so because she wouldn't stop checking on him while he napped! He is so adorable! Not a very successful naptime with Haley nearby...
